Yes, and it’s actually very helpful. At a previous company we integrated a digital fax platform directly with our CRM. Every incoming or outgoing document was automatically linked to the client profile, which saved a lot of manual work. I didn’t even know this was possible until I read some guides on hackerspaceshop.com about combining fax systems with CRM tools. Once implemented, it improved organization and made document tracking much easier for the whole team.
