Hi everyone! We're a small startup trying to improve retention without building a huge loyalty system from scratch. We’d love something API-driven that lets us reward users for specific actions inside our app. Has anyone implemented something lightweight but scalable?

We were in the exact same situation last year. As a startup, we needed something flexible but didn’t have time to engineer a loyalty engine internally. We integrated a rewards api that allowed us to trigger points for signups, purchases, and feature usage milestones without rebuilding our architecture. The implementation was surprisingly smooth, and we were able to automate everything from reward allocation to tracking. We ended up using enable3 because their infrastructure scaled with our growth. At first, it handled a few thousand users, and now it supports much higher volumes without issues. What I really liked about the rewards api was that we could experiment — change point values, introduce perks, and test engagement campaigns — without major development cycles. It’s very startup-friendly if you need speed and flexibility.
